LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®
The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is a method to facilitate trainings and meetings where the facilitator (that’s us) presents challenging questions to the group and each participant builds his or her own 3D LEGO® model as a response. These 3D models become an incredible visual basis for group discussion, knowledge sharing, problem solving and decision-making.
This technique improves group communication by utilizing visual, auditory and kinaesthetic skills, and serves as a shared language regardless of culture or position. Participants can explore various hypothetical scenarios, and gain awareness of the possibilities.
